We provide trauma-informed housing with emotional support, structured routines, and access to counseling and recovery resources. Residents are encouraged to regain control of their lives at their own pace, with guidance every step of the way. This program focuses on healing, safety planning, and long-term stability.
Personalized Support for a Stronger Path Forward
Every resident at TopTier ILP Mgmt receives access to a dedicated case manager who helps coordinate services, track progress, and build an individualized success plan. From healthcare referrals and employment assistance to transportation coordination and daily living support, our case managers serve as a consistent point of contact to ensure residents are moving forward with confidence.

Our Financial Literacy program empowers residents with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their money effectively. Topics include budgeting, saving, understanding credit, avoiding financial pitfalls, and planning for future independence. Sessions are interactive and designed to build confidence, helping residents break cycles of dependency and move toward long-term financial wellness.
We offer Re-entry Program for justice impacted individuals transitioning out of prison/jail. This program is private pay from support of family/friends or via program participant employment. The length of the program is 6 months and all requirements must be met to graduate the program. Let us help you transition back into society, we are currently accepting referrals/applications.
We offer a Transitional Housing Program for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability. This program is private pay—funded through family/friend support, participant income, or community agency sponsorship. The program includes structured support, life skills, and progress milestones. Our goal is to help you rebuild, regain independence, and secure long-term housing. Now accepting referrals and applications.
We proudly provide a Supportive Living Program for veterans who are in need of stable housing and community-based support. This private-pay program can be funded by veteran benefits, family contributions, or employment income. The program focuses on structure, personal development, and accessing available veteran resources. Let us help you create a fresh start in a safe and respectful environment.
