This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit https://toptierilp.com/ (the "Website"), apply for housing, submit a referral, contact us, or opt in to receive text messages from us.

By using the Website or providing us your information, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, phone number, email address, mailing address.
• Housing application and referral details: information you or a referring agency provide on our forms, such as employment status, housing needs, emergency contacts, and other details needed to evaluate an application.
• Communications: messages, emails, call notes, and text message content you send us.
• Donation details: if you donate, information needed to process the gift. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, time on site, referring pages, and similar analytics data (see Section 5, Cookies and Tracking).

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We use your information to:

• Review and process housing applications and referrals.

NO SHARING OF SMS OPT-IN DATA: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with anyone for marketing purposes (see Section 3).

We may share limited information only:

• With service providers who help us operate (for example, website hosting, form and CRM tools, e-signature, and messaging platforms). They may use the information only to perform services for us and must protect it.
• With referring agencies, when you were referred to us, to confirm the status of that referral.
