Submitting an application or referral does not guarantee housing, and all placements are subject to our eligibility requirements, availability, and house rules.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website, apply for housing, or opt in to our text messages. By doing so, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate.
Program description. When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, TopTier ILP Mgmt may send you text messages related to your inquiry, application, referral, or housing services, including:
Consent. Opting in is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of applying for or receiving housing or any other service.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and interaction with us.
Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Check with your wireless carrier for details. We do not charge for texts, but your carrier may.
How to opt out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again. You may rejoin by signing up again through one of our forms or by contacting us.
